Which tax software will I use? ＋

Your choice of two industry-trusted platforms: OLT Pro or TaxSlayer Pro. We'll help you pick the one that fits your workflow during onboarding — both come with the full Tax Master Software playbook behind them.

How much does it cost? ＋

The ERO package is $499.99/season, and the Service Bureau package is $1,499.99/season. No hidden fees, and you keep 100% of your tax prep fees on either one. Book a consultation and we'll walk you through the details.

Can I choose my own add-ons and set my per-return fee? ＋

Absolutely. You set your per-return add-on to your liking and choose the add-ons that fit your office — so you keep more on every return, your way. We'll help you dial in the numbers that work for your goals on your consultation.

Do I need an EFIN to get started? ＋

Yes. An active IRS-issued Electronic Filing Identification Number (EFIN) is required, along with a completed application summary at onboarding. If you need help obtaining one, our team can guide you through the process.

What's the difference between the ERO and Service Bureau packages? ＋

They're two different paths, not two tiers of the same thing. The ERO package ($499.99/season) is for running your own tax office. The Service Bureau package ($1,499.99/season) is for professionals ready to lead — it gives you the platform, brand kit, training academy, and contracts to recruit, train, and manage a network of EROs under your own bureau.

Are bank products included? ＋

Yes. Both packages support refund transfers and advances through participating third-party banks, so your prep fees are paid the moment refunds fund.

Is there a yearly renewal fee? ＋

Your yearly renewal is based on your annual production. Surpass your production target for the season and your renewal is waived — and even if you don't, a discounted renewal rate applies, so you will never pay the full package price again. Either way, you keep 100% of your tax prep fees.

Is training included? ＋

Yes — the ERO package includes the Tax Master Software Hub and weekly live training sessions. The Service Bureau package adds its own Private-Label Training Academy so you can train your own team.
